Dental specialists complete two to six extra years of training after dental school and usually work on referral from a general dentist, although most accept patients who call directly. Orthodontists straighten teeth with braces and clear aligners; endodontists handle root canals; periodontists treat gum disease and place implants; oral and maxillofacial surgeons extract wisdom teeth, place implants and do jaw surgery, often under IV sedation; prosthodontists rebuild smiles with crowns, bridges and dentures; denture centers focus on full and partial dentures, relines and repairs. Sedation and hospital dentists serve anxious patients and people with special needs, while TMJ and sleep-apnea dentists make oral appliances for jaw pain and snoring.

Dallas is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Traffic in Dallas peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Dr. Menegazzo and his team were focused on diagnosing and fixing my molar issue immediately. He explained the issue, told me how he was going to fix it, and did so very gently and efficiently. I highly recommend Dr. Menegazzo, Sonya and Brandy for their care and expertise! Thank you so much!

Dr Menegazzo behaved as unprofessionally as Iβve ever had a practitioner behave. I scheduled a consult with him 6/25/26, he presented me with options to treat my tooth. I opted for the root canal. He told me the types of sedation they use and spoke about IV sedation. He told me if I wanted that they donβt do it themselves but have someone come in to do it. When I checked out in front, I was presented with the estimate for the work minus the anesthesia since itβs another company. I left and discussed it with my prosthodontist as planned. I called back later to schedule the procedure after speaking with the anesthesia company where I learned the cost would be about $1500 or more depending on length of the procedureβthe cost was more than I was willing to consider. However, the other options the doctor presented were: a pill they would give me or nitrous oxide. So, I choose the nitrous, something Iβve had lots of success with before, and the scheduler booked the procedure for the following day at 11:30. At 10:48 I got a call from Dr. Menegazzo asking why I had chose not to do the IV sedation. I told him frankly it was more than I was comfortable with. He then told me I was a nervous p

Iβm very appreciative of everyone at The Endodontic Group for being so accommodating and helpful! Dr. Raad was able to fit me in for a last-minute root canal appointment, and I truly appreciated her patience, professionalism, and the time she took to keep me informed throughout the process. I came in feeling tired and overwhelmed from the dental procedures I had already undergone, but Dr. Raad immediately eased my nerves, reassured me, and took great care of my root canal right away. The level of compassion and care I received made such a difference. I also appreciated that the team followed up with me the next day to make sure I was doing okay. That extra touch meant a lot. I would absolutely recommend The Endodontic Group, youβll be in great hands! ππ½ Thank you again, Dr. Raad!

I recently visited this clinic for a root canal issue, and my experience was really positive from start to finish. Dr. Rad was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. Dental procedures can be stressful, but she made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. What I appreciated the most was how clearly she explained everything. She walked me through the procedure step by step, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I understood what was happening and why. That level of transparency really builds trust. The overall care and attention I received were excellent. The staff was also supportive, and the environment felt clean and professional. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality dental care, especially if youβre nervous about procedures like root canals.

My dentist referred me to this practice to see if I needed a root canal. I read all of the Google reviews and they were so positive. I don't enjoy going to the dentist so it was reassuring that so many people had very positive experiences. I was seen by Dr. Jennifer Raad in the Dallas office. Her assistant took a 3D scan and after Dr. Raad did some cold test and other tests on my teeth and reviewed the scan, she determined I did not need a root canal. She was very good at explaining what determines if a root canal is needed & what the sedation options are including IV sedation. I was very relieved to hear the news, but if I had to have it done, I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Raad. From the time I initially called to set up the appointment, to the greeting by the person at the front desk, I could tell they really care about the patients that come to see them. Even after telling me I didn't need the root canal, Dr. Raad and I chatted for while and she advised me of signs to look for if I had any future tooth pain. I appreciated all of the time spent with me, despite not having any other service performed. There was a cost for the 3D scan but it was a critical piece of
